Invite your team

Bring colleagues into your organisation and give them the right role.

Cadence is built for teams. Inviting colleagues means everyone tracks under one organisation, and owners and admins get a single view of the whole team.

Open members
As an owner or admin, open the members area inside the desktop app. See managing members for the full detail.
Generate and share the join link
In the members area, generate a shareable join link for your organisation. Share it with your colleagues, via chat, email, or however suits your team.
Colleague opens the link
Your colleague opens the link in their browser. They sign up there using an email address that matches your organisation’s domain and are added to your organisation, up to your seat cap.
Choose a role
Give each person a role (owner, admin, or member). Roles decide what each person can see and change. See roles and permissions.

Note

Colleagues join via the shared link, not a per-person email invite. They join your organisation rather than creating a new one. The link is domain-restricted and capped at your seat limit.
